"Millions of impulses, flowing through our private oceans."
You pulled me under, if I had to give in

Such a beautiful myth
NAME: Alec
CLAN: Vampire
AGE: 14
BIRTHDAY: November 5, 1615
GENDER: Male
PLACE OF BIRTH: Somewhere in Tuscany
TYPE: Volturi
TRUE AGE: almost 400 years old

STATUS: Alone
That's breaking my skin
HEIGHT: 5'2"
WEIGHT: 109 lbs
HAIR COLOR: Dark brown/Black
EYE COLOR: Amber/Red
APPEARANCE
Flawless, eerily flawless. It was often said, even when he and his sister were living, that they had the features of painted poppets. His fine, delicate, facial features mirror much of his twin's, though his lips are not quite as full. His hair is dark, almost black, and hangs in a shaggy, unkempt style just past his earlobes. As a human, his eyes were a deep chocolate, however since he became a vampire they have become that signature shade of red. He was turned at a young age and his body still holds a distinct aura of youth. He's small in stature and build, his thin physique disguising his frightening strength. He has an unsettling aura, the sort you might expect an old, sinister man to have, and the fact that he appears so young only adds to his oddness.

PERSONALITY
Four centuries of being stuck in a fourteen year old's body could make anyone bitter. Though Alec does not have the same firey temper that his sister possesses, he is not a mild mannered lamb. He is quiet, precise, and in many cases, much more frightening in his retaliations than Jane could ever be.
I'll hide all the damage that's done

HISTORY
The human life of the vampire we know as Alec began happily enough. His father was a German immigrant, living in Italy. He was a barber and serviced some of the wealthier men in his town, as such he did quite well for himself. He married an Italian girl, and a few years later she gave birth to twins, one girl and a boy. Alec was named after his German grandfather, a man he had never met. All in all, his life as a child growing up was typical for anyone living in the early 1600s and he probably would have faded out of existence without any real mark on the world if it hadn't been for one thing.
The plague.
At the time, the black death was making it's final round through Europe, wiping out towns full of people. It's footsteps through Tuscany not only brought the sorrow that comes with death and loss, but also the accusations of black magic and witch craft. It is common for people to attach reasoning behind events that they don't understand. And when the entire Schulze household succumbed to the plague save for the young twins, the town jumped to conclusions. They'd always been abnormal, never quite fitting in with everyone else. They were reclusive and preferred to stick to each other than wander about with any other children their age.
Had the villagers known that these two odd children had attracted attention from a particular group of predators, they might not have been so quick to burn them at the stake. It is unknown to Alec just how he and his sister piqued the interest of the Volturi, probably the very same reasons were behind why the villagers pegged them for witches. Whatever their reasonings, they were right in their assumption that Alec and his sister would make powerful vampires. Alec seemed to develop a particularly deadly and useful talent and both quickly became prominent members of the Volturi guard.
In creating both Alec and Jane as vampires, the Volturi had basically become hypocrites of one of their more basic rules. The forbiddence of the creation of immortal children. This was part of the reason that Alec and Jane were granted the last name 'Volturi' though they were not inner members of the vampire coven. Their new last name was a threat, for anyone who thought to try and exact their own judgment on the two child like vampires... as if they really needed it.
But I show how I'm feeling until all the feeling has gone

Alec detested America. For one, it was a constant reminder of how truly modern the world was becoming. For another, everyone here treated him more like he was five years old and not fourteen. Well, he really wasn't either, but at least in Italy people had some respect. Forks was particularly uncivilized
